It was located at 500 East and 100 South.

The Eleventh Ward chapel was on Tenth East on the east side of the street half way between First and Second South. I attended church there until 1960 then the new building was built on First South on the north side of the street between Ninth and Tenth East. After the huge painting of Moroni and Jose at the Hill Cumorah behind the choir seats was removed, the 1909 building was razed.
