1861 South 1300 East in Salt Lake City, Utah, along with 1871 S 1300 E which shares the same parcel are scheduled to be demolished soon (I stopped by in June 2020), the recent purchase of Allen Park/Hobbitville next door by Salt Lake City I assume led to this.
