Leonard Kearl Home

Built in 1935. This is a simple, one story home resembling the English cottage styles. It has a stucco facade.

This is an example of the later styles of the district. They were popular in the 1920’s and 1930’s. The original owner, Leonard Kearl, was a salesperson at Mountain States Implement Company.
