Little Old Lady – Dumb and Dumber

Lloyd is robbed by a little old lady on a motorized cart.
It was filmed on 300 East on the east side, just north of 300 South in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Of the filming locations I’ve been finding it is one that has probably changed the most. It’s not even really recognizable.
