I don’t know the history of this place yet, but took a few photos. It is just outside Kingston, Utah.
Les Nielsen’s old service station. He later moved his business into Kingston. There is/was an abandoned potato pit across the street in which us dumb kids found a case of dynamite in the late 70’s. We were saved from destruction when my dad overheard us talking about it. The dynamite turned out to be unstable and was dangerous to handle.
“The Shamrock” I bought this place about 7 years ago with big dreams of restoring it just like it was in the 50’s and 60’s. Life happened and the dream got put on hold for now but I’ll never give up on this place.
