580 West 500 North in the Salt Lake Northwest Historic District in Salt Lake.

I am wondering and trying to figure out if this was the 22nd Ward Cooperative Store because the narrative for the district refers to that store at both 580 W 400 N (one block south of here) and 480 W 500 N (one block east of here). The conflict makes me doubt both locations and one is an empty lot and the other is a home currently – but with this address being so similar (580 W 500 N) and being a store it seems right to me.
