Silver. Okum. Bldg
Built in 1910

According to a newsletter for the Pike Place Market area, the building was erected by Ben Silver, who had a trade in oakum – but he spelled it Okum. When he built the building he had his name and trade put on the building. Over the years, the upper floors served as apartments and hotels.
