80 West Main Street in Mt Pleasant, Utah is a small building between the Confectionary to the west and the Meat and Produce Company to the east.
This building is one of the smallest commercial establishments in the historic district, with an unusual metal cornice.
Built about 1898 as a confectionery, an old sign read, “We sell Coalville ‘Sweet Cream* Ice Cream.” The building later became a food store and is now an insurance office.
A very narrow brick building, this structure has an ornate pressed metal pediment and lintel over the entry and a corbelled cornice. The transom appears to have been altered.
