Built in 1908, a one story frame house with a gable roof. The first house commissioned by Joseph Litizzette, possibly his first residence and later a rental unit. The land was originally part of the August Litizzette Sr. farm of which Joseph, as eldest son, received the largest portion and after living here Joseph moved to the north one house at a time to 8 South Main, then to 6 South Main, and then to 2 South Main.
