This one story tan brick house with a hip roof was built in 1920 and served as the Joseph Litizzette residence until 1929 when he moved next door to the north to the home at 2 South Main Street. The land was originally part of the August Litizzette Sr. farm of which Joseph, as eldest son, received the largest portion. In 1979 it was the William F. and Regina B. Kloepfer Home.
