Built in 1916. This one-and-a-half story brick is an example of simple Victorian architecture in the early twentieth century. The segmented windows, shingled gables, prominent chimney and columned porch all contribute to the Victorian style of the home.
This home is significant for its age, architecture and original owner, Joseph Squires, who was a prominent businessman. He also served as assistant Post Master and was very active in the L.D.S. church. He served on a mission for the church in England
