Non-Profit Housing Corporation and its mission to provide affordable housing to families and seniors throughout the State of Utah, this facility is dedicated to James E. and Norma A. Kier. Jim Kier was instrumental in helping the founders of Utah Non-Profit Housing Corporation bring their vision to fruition.

Throughout Jim and Norma’s careers, they have improved the quality of life for families in need by providing several thousand units of affordable housing. Their successes are numerous, due to their commitment to be not only builders of buildings, but also builders of relationships. The impact of the relationships they have formed across the nation has furthered the cause of affordable housing in the western United States. Jim and Norma Kier leave a legacy created from the heart to give back to communities, seniors, and all individuals less fortunate.
