Jacob, how would you suggest I research this building’s history? I believe it was a Carl’s Market in the 50’s from a reference I found, but am trying to confirm if it was Broadway Grocery at sometime prior to that. My great grandfather owned a store by that name and lived in that area around the time of the Spanish flu outbreak, which took his wife.
