Edwin Rawlings Duplex
This duplex was originally constructed circa 1910 for Clara Louise and Edna Elizabeth Rawlings, daughters of Edwin Rawlings, who resided at the house next door at 322 Almond Street. Character-defining features of the two-story building include its brick masonry, flat-roof, segmental arched windows, and small front porch. Rawlings immigrated to the United States in 1862, worked as a cabinet maker for ZCMI, and was an accomplished musician.
