This one story frame house with a hip roof was built in 1909 as a duplex rental unit with two front entrances, in the 1979 addition to the historic district it was referred to as 8 South Main Street but is currently (2026) 10 South Main Street. Joseph Litizzette was the original owner, the land was originally part of the Litizzette farm.
