At the junction of highways 73 and 36, a few miles south of Stockton, is a little monument looking thing that gets passed countless times every day with probably not many people even wondering what it is.
It was a mail drop for the mail carriers in the Lehi area to leave mail for the carriers in the Tooele area to pick up and for Tooele to leave for Lehi.
Thank you for this one! We stopped by on July 4th hoping it was a plaque of some sort. Now we know!
