This home is for sale as of today 8/27/2023 but states that it was built in 1927? 1889 is almost forty years older than the MLS suggests. I love the history that it was a church, then city hall, then a residence. I do wonder about the condition of the infrastructures – roof, plumbing, wiring, etc. That could be a money pit š Also, if it is on a historical registry that could place strong restrictions on what can be done and how it is done. Thanks for sharing this info.
