Central Overland Trail – Black Rock Hills Southern Route

The left, which is about six miles the longer of the two, most be taken after rains, and leads to Devil’s Hole. … We chose the shorter cut and after eight miles rounded Mountain Point, the end of a dark brown vuute falling into the plain.”
