This Victorian eclectic style house was probably built c. 1901 as an investment property. Features of the style include the Palladian window in the gable end and the bracketed cornice. The first known owner/resident was Jesse B. Campbell, president of the Brubaker-Campbell Hardware Company, who lived here from 1904 to 1906. The house changed hands several times through the 1930s.
