Francis Thompson Memorial Infirmary, built in 1921. Two-story frame building, rectangular plan, features operable sash rectangular windows and a partially enclosed two-story screened porch.

It was located on Wasatch Academy at approximately 160 West 250 South in Mt Pleasant, Utah where the Joseph Loftin Jack Lewis Student Center is now located.
