Moroni Brough House
Completed in 1909, this one-and-one-half story brick house was built for Moroni Brough. The house combines an older folk style front gable facade with an irregular floor plan of pattern book origin. The brick corbelling and relieving arched windows are exceptional architectural elements. The house was expanded to the east c.1980. The log granary, c.1880, is significant for the full dovetail corner notch, perhaps reflecting the strong Scandinavian influence in Spring City.
